One-size-fits-all therapy works great if everyone has the same problems. But, that's not the case.

You’ve done too much work to still feel this bad.

One-size-fits-all therapy works great if everyone has the same problems. But, that's not the case.

You’ve done too much work to still feel this bad.

You’re exhausted from searching for something that actually works.

Doing MORE standard therapy isn’t the answer, but you already know that.

Remember all this?

  • Weekly therapy on and off for years

  • Calming YouTube videos plus the latest app that tells you what you should be doing

  • All the self-help books that are now covered in dust

  • Podcasts that inspire you for a few days

  • Medications that work but have some unwanted side effects

A Therapy Fast Pass includes a 90 minute Intake session, a customized workbook, a 3 hour Therapy Block, and a 90 minute Post-Therapy Review appointment.

All sessions are 100% online, primarily using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and are integrated with other complementary therapy techniques.

EMDR is a scientifically based and highly researched therapy modality that uses bilateral stimulation to help reprocess your unique experiences. This is done using back and forth, left to right eye or body movement.

It’s like taking a messy filing cabinet and reorganizing all the papers, so they’re where they should have been in the first place.

What is a Therapy Fast Pass?

Wait, how’s this different?

Standard Therapy

  • 50 minute sessions

  • Talk therapy

  • Months or years

  • Surface level band aids

  • Session = 20 minutes of processing with starts + stops

  • Short-term relief

Therapy Fast Pass

  • 3 hour blocks

  • Doing - not just talking

  • Hours or days

  • Deeper levels of healing = more cake!

  • 90+ minutes of continuous processing to allow for compounded, domino breakthroughs

  • Longer lasting relief

Finally, a real solution in hours. Not months.

Faster Relief

Accelerated healing to help you finally get rid of the things that were getting in the way of not feeling better.

Flexible Scheduling

3 hour Therapy Blocks to fit your already busy schedule. It’s simple upfront booking vs months and months of constant back-and-forth scheduling.

Long Term Healing

Actual, noticeable long term healing. Your family, friends, and coworkers will see it too. You’re sleeping better at night, no longer have that feeling of dread, and are more present during the day. You’ll feel confident you can handle whatever life throws at you.

Customized to Your Needs

Real healing built with you and for you. You know you best, a Therapy Fast Pass helps make you even better.

I’ve been a social worker for over 15 years.

But, as soon as I learned EMDR and figured out how to combine it with other modalities for maximum effect, I knew I was on to something. Then, after seeing how well it worked across symptoms there was no going back.

Just because standard therapy is the default to solve everyone’s problems, doesn’t mean it’s your only choice.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. You’re a complex and unique human, which is why a Therapy Fast Pass is designed specifically for you. Using the Therapy Fast Pass system, I’ve seen powerful breakthroughs that otherwise would have taken months - or even years.

Standard talk therapy is like trying to fix a house with a sinking foundation by repainting it.

It looks nice when you’re done, you get compliments from friends and neighbors, you even feel good for a little bit. But, no matter how many coats you slap on, the real issue isn’t going away until you actually fix what’s broken.

And I know how frustrating standard therapy can be.

I’ve spent full 50 minute therapy sessions (as a patient!) that end up in chit chat, without any real guidance or work getting done. Afterward, I’d be like, “What just happened?” This isn’t what we’ll do here.

A Therapy Fast Pass is the total opposite of chit chat mode.

This will be focused time, so you can get what you came for. It’s flexible to fit your needs, but it’s all purposeful.

3 Simple Steps = Lots Of Huge Breakthroughs.

Intake & Workbook Prep

A 90 minute Intake session:

  • Gather history/review workbook

  • Discuss goals

  • Begin preparation work for therapy

  • Review screenings & assessments

A personalized workbook for:

  • Resources

  • Skills

  • Tools

  • History taking

  • Family history

  • Beginning info

  • Space to reflect

Therapy Block(s)

A Therapy Block is a 3 hour therapy session to accelerate healing.

You get to choose how many Therapy Blocks you want or need, based on your symptoms, experiences, and goals.

Additional Therapy Block(s) can be used to continue the healing from the first Block, or other issue(s) that didn’t get attention during that time.

This flexibility is designed to work for you and with you.

Post Therapy Review

About 4 weeks after the Therapy Block, we’ll meet for another 90 minute Post-Therapy Review session to:

  • See how everything is going

  • Discuss what changes you’ve noticed

  • Check in to see what’s lingering

  • Review what you’ve learned about yourself

  • Plan for next steps

Some quick back-of-napkin math.

Describing value is tricky.

But think of it like taking a trip to Maui. You can get there in a canoe or a private jet. At the start, one seems like a much better deal.

And, sure, you’ll get there either way.

But, when you compare other things like how much faster, simpler, more enjoyable, and ultimately less work one is, the upfront cost feels like a no-brainer. The same thing happens when you compare standard therapy to a Therapy Fast Pass.

The amount of value you’re getting for your time, money, and effort really makes it the best investment you can do for yourself.

Okay, what about insurance?

Insurance hasn’t caught up with the real world of mental health.

You’ve already been down the 50 minutes per week road. You also don’t have time to wait months and months to feel better. Unfortunately, insurance won’t fully pay for a Therapy Fast Pass

At this time, I’m unable to work with you if you have Medicare.

A quick look under the hood.

Talking is great, but you can’t talk your way out of trauma - or a bunch of other things.

Like I’ve mentioned, I primarily use EMDR during a Therapy Fast Pass

EMDR is a structured therapy that helps reduce the intensity and emotional strength associated with traumatic or overwhelming situations or memories.

But what does that actually mean?

During therapy, we’ll work together to focus on what memory or memories are holding a strong emotional charge.

This could be anything from when you were sitting in first grade, feeling so embarrassed while your classmate made fun of the outfit you were so excited to wear that day. Or maybe you’re still haunted by your dad’s voice, saying “You’re a huge failure if you don’t get that job,” from when you were 15. Many of my patients don’t even realize how many of these past experiences they drag around all day.

During a Therapy Fast Pass, this time is for you.

You’re in the driver's seat. I’m here to guide you through this *stuff* that we really can’t do on our own. If you could, you would.

But that’s like trying to give yourself a root canal.

You deserve to feel better. You may not believe me right now, and that’s okay.

The Nitty Gritty.

30,000 Foot View Of A Therapy Fast Pass.

We’ll start with info about you, your life, your history, and what therapy goals you have.

  1. Get to the bottom of what core negative beliefs are strongest for you.

  2. Explore the memory of when + where you first learned this core negative belief about yourself.

  3. Notice what happens in your body and what feelings come up.

(Let’s stop here for a sec. Check in with how you’re feeling while reading this, does it feel overwhelming? Or are you ready to start? Either way, we’ll go at your own pace and listen to your body and brain. Okay, back to the list.)

  1. *Do Therapy*

  2. Relearn and replace those old negative beliefs with more positive, neutral, or healthier ways to believe about yourself.

  3. Let your brain and body do what it needs to do to heal.

That’s the basic Therapy Fast Pass process.

But, I have will this still help me?

When I first learned about EMDR, it made no sense and I was skeptical too.

Was it actually going to help? But, to my surprise, being unsure or skeptical of EMDR didn’t make it work any less. You can come with all your doubts too, as long as you’re willing to try.

But, it’s not for everyone.

If you’ve never done therapy before, this may not be the right place to start.

There are diagnoses that a Therapy Fast Pass is not a good fit for:

  • Eating disorders

  • Bipolar

  • Schizophrenia

  • Substance use disorders

  • Active suicidal or homicidal ideation/plan/intention

  • Personality disorders (i.e. Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder)

  • Those who are still actively living in their traumatic environment (i.e. domestic violence).

These areas are not my specialty, and I believe you’d be best served by an expert for your needs.
