Nice To Meet You

Every great therapy relationship starts with feeling heard and understood.

Hey, I know it’s complicated.

And I love complicated.

I get it.

Picking a therapist that’s right for you can be rough. But I don’t think it has to be. That’s why I’m devoted to making sure you have all the right info out of the gate.

So you make the choice that’s best for you and hit the ground running.

For those feeling anxious, burnt out and overwhelmed to those working through deep, complex trauma, and so much more. Over the years, I’ve helped countless people just like you sort through complicated situations, so they can walk away with a more clear and integrated understanding of themselves.

And I want to do that with you too.

Hi there, I’m Aisha (eye-ee-sha).

As an introvert, it seems that being a “social” worker would be in direct contrast to my personality type.

But now I know that introversion is a superpower when it comes to being a therapist - I like having real conversations. I hate small talk. I’m also sorta obsessed with learning new ways to help people, and that’s good for both of us.

I’ve been on both sides of the therapy relationship.

A good fit is so important. That’s why I offer free consults to chat first - a bit of getting to know each other before we schedule an appointment.

Over the past 15 years, I've been helping people deal with tough life stuff - including families torn apart by drugs and trauma, terminal illness, war Veterans with PTSD, and chronic severe anxiety. No book or school lecture can prepare you for some of life’s toughest conversations.

If you’re ready, so am I. I look forward to meeting you.

You should feel confident about the therapist you’re working with.

I’m good at asking the real questions you need answered and hearing what you’re actually saying - not just listening and nodding along.

You’re the expert on you.

I simply help you uncover what you already know. If you have questions, let’s discuss. Pinky swear l’ll do the same. Your mental health works best when it’s done as a team.

You’re worth the best mental health care possible.
